This is one of the two-way programs to exchange students majoring in Early Childhood Education between Bunkyo Gakuin University and Cabrillo College.  The 6th year ECE internship scholarship program offers an exceptional opportunity for both the Cabrillo and the Bunkyo students.  This year Sasha Thomas-Brown and Ednaarely Cruz from California came to our university this Monday and started their internships in the Fujimino kindergarten. They are going to enjoy challenging a lot of new things during the next two weeks of their stay.  This website will show you how they are doing in Japan.

After the orientation, they just dropped by Flatto Bunkyo (short for the Child-Care Support and Research Center).  They observed children under 3 years old and their moms as well as the physical environment of the center.

その後、２人は学内施設である「ふらっと文京」に立ち寄り、母子で遊んでいるところや施設内環境を熱心に見ていました。

We had a welcome party at lunch time.  Some participating students went to Cabrillo last March or the year before.
