The bus came and they had to say good-bye but instead we said to each other “See you next spring at Cabrillo!”  This is a good thing that we have two-way internship programs so we can keep in touch throughout a year!  I hope students from Cabrillo and Bunkyo had an excellent opportunity to learn different cultures and share their experiences, noticing many things that they had never noticed before while they were in their own countries.  Please spread to other people what you experienced, particularly the importance of quality child care and early childhood education so that we can make the world a better place to live for everyone!

成田行きのバスに乗り込む二人です。成田からバンクーバーを経由してサンフランシスコまでの長旅です。「もっと日本にいたい」と最後まで二人は言っていましたが、やはり久しぶりに家に帰るのはうれしいことでしょう。私とはさよならではなくて、また学生の引率でサンタクルーズに行きますから来年の春に会いましょうと言えるのが、この双方向プログラムの特典と言えます！この二つのプログラムで、両校の学生がこれからも異文化体験を共有し、特に質の高い保育や幼児教育がいかに子どもの未来に貢献するかを多くの人に広めてもらいたいものです。そして、それが両国の未来を明るく平和にする希望となるわけです。
これをもって、2015年度 文京幼児教育研修プログラムのサイトを終わりにします。このサイトを訪問していただいてありがとうございました。また来年お会いしましょう。
