Girls found pinwheels here. Watching Sasha blowing on her pinwheel, they tried to blow on their pinwheels to make them move. It’s fun to watch the pinwheel spin.
風車を見つけたサーシャの周りに女の子が集まってきて、風車を回し始めました。

Edna was with children in the Rabbit class. During a circle time, the children started singing along.
こちらでは、うさぎ組のサークルタイムが先生のピアノに合わせて子ども達の歌で始まりました。教室にピアノがあること自体にエドナーは驚いているようでした。

All the 5-year-olds gathered at the hall to officially welcome Sasha and Edna. They were asked what color and animal they like. The children learned some expressions in English such as “I want to play with you” and “Nice meeting you.”
自由遊びの時間が終わると、年長さんがみんなホールに集まって、２人を歓迎しました。「どんな色が好き」「どんな動物が好き」などの質問に２人は答える一方で、子ども達は英語で「一緒にあそぼう」や「これからもよろしく」は、どのように言うのかを教えてもらいました。

It’s lunch time but children have to wait until everybody is seated and ready to say “Itadakimasu” (Let’s start). Children in this group argued about the seating arrangement; who was going to sit next to Edna. With teacher’s advice, they finally resolved the problem and were able to say “Itadakimasu.”
お昼ご飯の時間ですが、みんなが席に着いて「いただきます」の挨拶まで待ちます。このテーブルでは、エドナーの隣に座りたいと言う子が２人いて、２人の話し合いの末、やっと解決したようでした。
