Yovania’s and Anabel’s second host families sent me some photos which were taken while they stayed with their family.
ヨバニアとアナベルの2軒目のホストファミリーから送れてきた写真を紹介します。
Anabel played cards and folded origami animals with host sisters in Seno family. She also read bedtime stories to them and let them sleep together in her room. So these days were very special for the girls.
アナベルとは、家では子どもたちがトランプや折り紙をして遊んでもらいました。夜も、アナベルの部屋で一緒に寝たいと言う子どもたちのわがままを聞いてもらい、寝る前に英語の本を読んでもらうなど、特別な日々を過ごしました！（妹尾）
She was wearing a yukata, summer kimono, and walked around Kawagoe, having teriyaki chicken and potato chips, and beer!
ゆかたを着せてもらって、川越散策をしました。焼き鳥やサツマイモのチップスをつまみに、ビールも楽しみました。（妹尾）
They went to the cup needle museum in Yokohama where you can create your own Cupneedles. Her son likes a cup needle, so she designed her own Cupneedles cup for him.
この日は、横浜にあるカップヌードルミュージアムへ行ったようです。そこでは自分のカップでカップヌードルを作ることができます。アナベルの息子さんがカップヌードル好きとあって、息子さんのためにカップをデザインしたようですね。
This photo was taken from the deck of the shiop called Hikawa Maru which is open to the public in Yokohama port. It was a very hot day but we had a good time.
この写真は、重要文化財でもある氷川丸の上から横浜の町をバックに撮った一枚です。この日はとっても暑かったようですが、楽しかった様子が伺えます。
