■ Cabrillo College（アメリカ カリフォルニア州 サンタクルーズ） で、3/13〜3/28までの海外短期フィールドワークです。

いよいよプログラム最終日がやってきました。修了式は４時からですが、学生たちは午前中から集まって、家族に渡す感謝の手紙を書いたり、歌の練習で大忙しです。自分の声と他の人の声を聴いて練習をしている内に、だんだん音が揃ってきています！
The program has finally come to the end today. The graduation ceremony didn’t start until 4 o’clock, but the students had already been at the cafeteria in the morning. They were very busy making thank-you cards for their host families. They also practiced singing songs. They had to improve harmony at first. They need to hear their own voice and the others. It got better and better as they practiced it!

ついに修了式が始まりました。ホストファミリーの皆さん、カブリヨ大学の教員、この夏文京に来る学生が集まってくれて、学生たちの修了を祝ってくれました。
The ceremony began. All the host families, Cabrillo teachers, and a Cabrillo student who was selected as a Bunkyo scholarship recipient to go to Japan this summer came together to celebrate the students’ achievement.

引率教員からのお礼のことばに続いて、Kasumiさんが学生を代表してスピーチをしてくれました。最後の日の特訓の成果があったようです。皆さんに褒めてもらってよかったですね！
Following my speech, Kasumi gave a talk on behalf of all the students for their appreciation to all the people who supported them. Last minute practice paid off! She did the best she could!

学生一人一人に修了証書がJeanから渡されました。Jeanと握手をしハグをし、写真を撮るのが恒例になっています。ここから１３名全員のその時の写真をお見せします。
Each student received a Certificate of Completion from Jean. This student came up to the front of the room, shook hands with Jean, hugged her, and got her picture taken. Every student did the same and their photos are as follows.
